I happened to see Beyond the Surface in passing and decided (after many weeks because I over analyze everything), to schedule my first ever mircroneedling session. I had zero idea what to expect. Shantelle was so great. She explained everything and what to expect and even let me back out if needed (because I was heading on vacation and didn’t realize recovery time).
