I was very disappointed with my experience at Beyond the Surface.
My appointment started late and the delay was never acknowledged. When I was finally seen, the appointment felt rushed and I didn’t feel that my concerns were really heard. During the appointment, Shantell also seemed tired, distracted and not fully engaged, which made me feel uneasy given that these treatments require precision and attention to detail.

When I reached out with questions afterward, it took several days to receive a response, and the reply didn’t really address my concerns.

I happened to see Beyond the Surface in passing and decided (after many weeks because I over analyze everything), to schedule my first ever mircroneedling session. I had zero idea what to expect. Shantelle was so great. She explained everything and what to expect and even let me back out if needed (because I was heading on vacation and didn’t realize recovery time). Dr. Daguilh has been so helpful throughout our health and aesthetic journey. She has seen my father-in-law for Iv infusions and he has never been better and he’s 98 years old.
