A HUGE red flag about this business is they demand to take a picture of the front and back of your credit card with their iPad when it comes time to pay. I am extremely uncomfortable about this and fear they can and would use my credit card details if they wanted.
The Botox is way overpriced and I never saw the results expected. I called 4 days later & was snapped at "you must wait TWO weeks to see results!". So on Sept 19th (13 days after treatment) I received a snippy text from "Johnathan the office manager" that "your two week follow up window has closed so you must pay again if you return". This place should be called "Bait and Switch". I called one of their multiple phone numbers and a snotty receptionist based in Edgewater kept telling me she "can't help, doesn't know what's going on, Johnathan was just some guy who does their texts" yet HIS texts told me he was the "office manager". Owner later admitted "oh yeah, He is new".
The prices and arrogance will not go over well in Lyndhurst. Such a pity that Dr. Gledman moved to Texas. She was so polite, easy to book and very affordable PLUS I never needed a "follow up" as her products and treatment WORKED.
Ps. They finally agreed to a follow up and tried to bribe me "we will give you a few more units so you get the result you originally wanted IF you remove your reviews" and "if you see the results this time, please remove your reviews". Guess what? I still never saw the results wanted. Skin looks the exact same. So then the owner got angry and made a nasty, dishonest reply about my review.
She never takes calls & only relies on her teenage receptionist for hearsay so there's literally no way she could hear my pleas for a follow up and the flippant responses from her childish reception (all calls are diverted to their Edgewater location).
I never “demanded free units and refund”. I called a week after and asked for a touch up as I didn’t notice any changes in my skin. I stand by my review in which it says I never needed a follow up or touch up from previous owner or ANY of the other Dermatologists I’ve paid for same treatments for the past 20 years. This is the first time I’ve paid so much and noticed so little. I said I would remove review if I noticed any improvement after the follow up which I had to repeatedly call and text for but alas, I still see no justification for paying so much for and all of the stress that came with it. Regarding your prices: Lyndhurst is NOT Edgewater.
